  • Overview

    Join our team of Licensed Agents, located in Sheboygan, WI, dedicated to onboarding and servicing personal lines and small business policyholders. Our proactive, high-touch customer relationship approach provides assistance through the direct or digital buying process and offers ongoing support with service and coverage solutions.


    Essential Functions

    • Employ critical thinking and decision making skills to dynamically offer solutions.
    • Monitor on-line sales portal and proactively assist potential policyholders with the digital application and buying process.
    • Make proactive welcome calls to prospective and new policyholders to introduce Acuity and our suite of on-line resources.
    • Provide a high level of support in maintaining, expanding and servicing personal lines and small commercial accounts through phone, email, chat and fax requests.
    • Handle telephone requests and written miscellaneous correspondence in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
    • Prepare Auto ID Cards, Evidences of Property, Summaries of Insurance, Certificates of Insurance and Binders.
    • Prepare Pre-Renewal packets and maintain underwriting and marketing information.
    • Review policies during the Pre-Renewal process to identify possible coverage concerns/determine coverage recommendations for the policyholder. Present concerns and recommendations to the policyholder.
    • Assist with the ongoing coaching and development of a growing Licensed Agent team.
    • Maintain electronic files.
    • Alert Management of potential Errors and Omissions immediately upon discovery.
    • Regular and predictable attendance.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.




    High school diploma. Post Secondary education helpful. Wisconsin Property and Casualty insurance license. One or more insurance designations (CISR, CIC, CRM) helpful.



    Thorough understanding of Personal and Commercial Lines insurance products with a minimum of three years experience in insurance client service. Proven customer service, organizational and effective time management skills.


    Other Qualifications

    • Reliable, responsible, creative self starter with a positive attitude, attention to detail and strong verbal / written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and with a team; capacity to work under pressure.
    • Strong telephone and listening skills. Willingness to provide telephone coverage until 6:00 p.m. and after hours on-call duty on a rotating basis.
    • Computer knowledge with solid keyboarding skills. Proficient in Word and Excel. Ability to achieve 6,000 - 6,500 keystrokes per hour on alphanumeric data entry with minimal errors.
    • Ability to efficiently utilize emerging technology to service customers of all generations.
